IETF Selection Process (RFC 2282)
Each Year replace half IAB and half IESG
- NomCom (Nomination Committee)
- 10 voting members (random IETF participants)
- non-voting chair (appointed by ISOC)
- NomCom chair of previous year
- IAB and IESG Liason
- Selects IESG Members and Nominates them, IAB confirms
- Selects IAB Members and Nominates them, ISOC BoT confirms
